Submission of Letter Recommendation and EPSS Results to the Regional Secretary of Way Kanan Regency

Thursday, January 4, 2024 Head of BPS Way Kanan Regency, Mr. Jua Mahardhika, S.ST., M.M. submitted a Letter of Recommendation and Evaluation Results for the Implementation of Sectoral Statistics (EPSS) for 2023 for the Regional Government of Way Kanan Regency to the Regional Secretary of Way Kanan Regency, Mr. Saipul, S.Sos., M.IP.

EPSS is an assessment process carried out by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) systematically through verification and validation of information on the results of self-assessments to measure the level of maturity in implementing sectoral statistics. The EPSS output is the Statistical Development Index (IPS), which is an indicator that describes the level of maturity in implementing sectoral statistics in each government agency that organizes sectoral statistical activities. IPS is one of the General Bureaucratic Reform (RB) assessment indicators for all government agencies. Apart from that, IPS can also be a measure in achieving the implementation of One Indonesian Data and the implementation of statistical affairs at the regional government level.

Hopefully the implementation of sectoral statistics can be improved in a sustainable manner within the Way Kanan Regency Government.
