Village Potential Officer Training 2024

Village Potential (Podes) is the only complete data collection at the village level conducted by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) to produce data for regional development purposes, providing data on regional potential, availability of infrastructure / facilities, and socio-economic conditions in each village / kelurahan.

All preparations have been made by BPS Kanan Regency, one of which is the training of Podes 2024 officers. Officer training aims to provide an understanding of the concept, methodology and procedures for good and correct field data collection in order to obtain quality Village Potential data.

This training was conducted online on April 22-24, 2024 and offline on April 25, 2024 at Whiz Prime Hotel Bandar Lampung.

A total of 48 officers attended this training consisting of 33 Village Podes Enumerators, 13 Village Podes Supervisors as well as Sub-district Podes Enumerators and 2 District Podes Enumerators.

The activity began with the opening by the Head of Way Kanan Regency BPS, Jua Mahardhika, S.ST., M.M. followed by the delivery of material by Delvira Cindy Rosmilda, S.Tr.Stat., and Fajar Berlian S.Tr.Stat.

It is hoped that participants in this training can understand the material presented by regional instructors well so that data collection can run smoothly, on time and with quality.
