Head of BPS Attends Musrenbang RPJMD Way Kanan Regency Year 2025-2029

The Head of the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) of Way Kanan Regency, Jua Mahardika, S.ST., M.M., attended the Development Plan Deliberation (Musrenbang) of the Regional Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMD) of Way Kanan Regency for 2025-2029 on Tuesday, May 6, 2025. This activity took place in the Buway Pemuka Pengiran Tuha Room and was chaired directly by the Acting Regent of Way Kanan, Ayu Asalasiyah, S.Ked.

The Musrenbang was also attended by Expert Staff of the Governor of Lampung representing the Governor of Lampung, representatives from the Regional Development Planning Agency of Lampung Province, Forkopimda Members, as well as the Acting Regional Secretary of Way Kanan Regency, Dr. Arie Anthony Thamrin, S.STP, M.IP, CGCAE, CGRE, and the Chairperson of the Dharma Wanita Persatuan, Medias Imroni Arie Anthony.

On this occasion, the Head of BPS explained the Strategic Socio-Economic Data of Way Kanan Regency, including Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP), economic growth rate, poverty rate, employment, and Human Development Index (HDI). Not only that, a portrait of the agricultural conditions of Way Kanan Regency was also presented based on the results of the 2023 Agricultural Census (ST2023) which had been carried out by BPS.

Through participation in this activity, BPS Way Kanan is committed to continuing to present accurate, up-to-date and relevant statistical data as the basis for targeted regional development planning.
